Booking & Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit can be transferred to a new date if at least 48 hours' notice is given for a cancellation.

Pricing: Our listed prices are a guide. Heavily soiled interiors may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed and agreed upon with you before any work begins.

Location Requirements: We require a safe place to work. For insurance and safety purposes, we cannot work on main roads, heavily used roads, or in public pay-and-display car parks.

Vehicle Access: Please ensure personal items are removed from your vehicle before our arrival. We also need enough space to fully open all doors of your vehicle.

Power & Water Access: Our professional equipment requires access to a power source and a water source.
